    New Haven Public Works truck pulls up to our house. Removes lawn sign in support of immigrant rights, puts it in the back of his truck. Drives off.

    Paved Knollwood weeks ago and left 20 feet of unpacked hazardous road with manholes sticking out.
    Appears that job not finished and just left.

    A car tonight ran right over the island and got stuck on it. City has not done enough to make these islands visible. Reflecting paint and bright signs needed.
