Mowing needed on city land at Woodford and Clifton streets.

Construction company has left a backhoe on Melrose St and the bucket is being filled up with trash. Company should move backhoe and/or dispose of trash accumulating as a result of their equipment being left for several days.

Someone has left a mattress on city land at end of Clifton/Woodford St intersection. Can this please be removed and disposed of?

Sidewalk on Melrose side of street is never cleared of snow. Resident clears Clifton st side only.

There is a storm drain near end of woodford st at Clifton st that looks like was never uncovered from construction. It’s been cleared of debris and water is still not draining properly and flooding street.

Would like to request a trash receptacle in this spot. There are options for trash at all high traffic areas around back cove trail except for this one. I am constantly picking up trash in this area, but items missed blow right into bay.

Since adding the woodford st sidewalk extension down to Clifton last year the city of Portland has not plowed this sidewalk. This is city land and going on an entire winter plus 1 storm this year. If the residents are doing their portion of the new woodford st sidewalk, the city needs to do its portion. Please get a plow crew over there and clear, it’s extremely dangerous as is.

This stretch of woodford st is still due another layer of asphalt and line painting from the woodford intersection project. Shaw Bros looks to be all done with tarring but woodford st towards Baxter is still not completed from Summer 2017.

New LED street light is blinking between normal and very dim. Light is at Clifton/Melrose intersection on white multi family unit side of street.

Bike was locked to telephone pole a couple weeks ago and left there. Please remove.

Lawn has fully grown back since hydroseeding was done by construction company. This land will need to be mowed next time mowers are in the area.

5 manhole covers have been left by construction company who did woodford st pipe separation project. They are on side of woodford st and will be a hazard when plowing season begins.

The street drain at the intersection (42 Clifton st side) of Clifton and Melrose st does not drain adequately, any rain such as on Sunday floods the street and has for years. I have reported this before with no action, but this needs resolving especially with all the construction going on in this area. I have cleared this drain of debris countless times, but the issue is apparently below the street surface as it doesn't help.

All houses with Melrose st address do not have new recycling containers. All others on surrounding streets have had these delivered last week.

Someone has sprayed graffiti on the tennis courts at payson park.

Trees were trimmed months ago and large pieces were left, please remove.
