There is a tree that has branches blocking the light cast by the street light at night. Since it is a pine tree, the branches still have needles on them year 'round. It makes this corner very dark and the light ineffective.

On virtually all the dumpsters and utility boxes behind London Bridge Shopping Center, there is graffiti.

There is graffiti on the Mental Health America clothing drop box that is in the corner of the London Bridge Shopping Center at Great Neck Road beside Starbucks.

These potholes have been previously reported and have still not been addressed

Cracks and potholes in the alleyway between Cambridge and Windom Place/Sedgewick are getting bigger.

The stormdrain located on Inlynnview at Southern Points Circle is visibly clogged up and unable to keep up with stormwater demands for drainage. It looks like lawn/grass debris is regularly blown into this drain and the City landscapping service might be the ones doing it as they are responsible for the grass and medians in this area

Highway lane at Virginia Beach Blvd is very nearly covered with water because the two storm drains on either side of Highway Lane are clogged up and not draining any water. Storm water is backing up and running into the Oceana Gardens neighvorhood.
