    Resident contacted us to say that her family member who lives in this apartment has been having sewage backups in her apartment for weeks now and the landlord has not responded to her requests. She reports seeing dirt and debris coming out of her sinks and say that she feels like it may be the construction of a new home nearby. We also forwarded her to the Board of Health to file a complaint regarding the landlord's lack of response but we are submitting this to Water to do a check to see if there is a blockage on the City side.
