    About 15 minutes ago "not sure if this is anything - there is a white skin guy in a black suit with a blue umbrella going door to door asking to check kilowatts or something - his voice is muffled -- it just happened about 15 minutes ago.

    The resident then called me to say that they did not observe any marked vehicle indicating an electric company near the resident's home.

    The city took down a dead tree in front of 88 Bishop St late last
    summer. Last fall I chatted with the guys removing the cut wood and
    they said they would try to have the stump removed before winter. Its
    still there.

    Also, can we ask the city to replace the tree?
