Some property owner at 3225 San Leandro has started their own city dump! The gate is locked with new chain, but refuse increases and in sorted piles. Possible hazardous waste in containers. Blight. Fire hazard.

For more than 3 days, a mobile home (without plates) has been parked on this street, frequently spreading junk all over the sidewalk and causing blight. Same trailer frequently parks here, weeks at a time.

It's hard and dangerous to pull out of Ford St. Extremely limited visibility due to overgrown plants/trees, utility boxes, parked vehicles and foot traffic. And it only gets worse as you pull your vehicle further out into traffic, which speeds off the Park St. bridge.
