Officer Batt & 2 men worked extremely hard to remove garbage & trash from this property last month. It is now accumulating again in front & back yards. This pile has grown since Pic taken. There also more cats coming from there. Please help our neighborhood again. Thank you very much.

Please replace the traffic signal at 54th Ave. N and 71st St N. This is a high traffic area and without a light to govern traffic flow, accidents are going to happen. I generally travel this area frequently at all hours of the day and evening, but I have stopped traveling the 2 mile stretch between Bryan Dairy and 54th Ave. N, on 71st St, N because of near accidents. There was a large sewer pipe in the middle lane of Belcher near Bryan Dairy and a section of the road cut out in the left lane. I am hopeful someone has been able to at least get the loose sewer pipe out of the road. There were no signs cautioning anyone to slow down when I went through the area near Bryan Dairy and the pipe alone would have completely destroyed my vehicle if I had hit it,

Dog is constantly tethered outside. This is not allowed. The many times I have been by the dog doesn't have water either.

Trash left at curb for weeks now and land lord nor utility provider has rectified.

South of 5230 81st street n. Ditch work done at the end of August. Fence torn down. Ditched to culvert. Culvert opening obstructed. Last night it flooded. Storm sewers at Paradise Shores were overflowing.
Need to address a damaged fence also.

few months ago county dug out ditches in our neighborhood. since then water stays in ditches (culvert is now higher than ditch) and county is not cutting except outside of ditches.

This lot has rocks that people are speeding through and throwing in front of my driveway and also into my driveway it was inches away from my car. This lot needs to be chained off

All of this needs to be mowed it's way over grown and lately no one from the county has come to do it. Also a big hole has opened up as you can see

Tenants were evicted and they dumped old large wheels and tires in the cul de sac which is owned by the county That unfortunately is maintained by the residents. Would like to make this a beautification area like another area in our neighborhood.

homeowner has been recorded and reported numerous times through the Pinellas county sheriff's office for noise ordinance homeowner has been vulgar and verbally abusive and plays music 24 hours a day and after 10:00 p.m., homeowner claims this is America and free and proceeds to play music loudly at 2:00 a.m.

This yard has not been mowed for 7 months. It looks terrible very overgrown weeds and vines. very unkept. The rest of us keep up our property. This property has had many warnings last year and seems to be doing the same now.
