    The common area along 50th Ave. south is once again this year not being maintained. It's been weeks since they have cut the grass and it's out of control. They were here yesterday, cutting the part up along 31st St., which is more visible, but for some reason, I guess to save money, they do not tend to this patch of grass. They wouldn't allow grass this length on the other side of the fence (Lakewood) , so I'm not sure why they think it's OK on the this side Maybe this year we can put some thing in place so it's not an annual event and the space is maintained per their obligation, or maybe the city should take on the maintenance

    The alley between 5th Ave N and Dartmouth Ave N and 66th St N and 67 St N, is in poor condition and needs to be resurfaced. The high traffic volume from the multi-family apartments from the bordering NSM-1 zoned parcels along 5th Ave N causes constant damage. The potholes are never filled correctly and come back within a few short weeks. PLEASE PAVE THIS ALLEY!! In the meantime, come resurface it! Thank you!

    Since the new homes on the west side of 12th St. at 30th Ave., North are nearing completion it appears water pressure is diminishing. Over the last couple of months our water pressure has gotten weaker.

    The city recently did plumbing work on 5th St. North in the middle of the road near the alley between 26th Ave. and 27th Ave. N The concrete patch job on 5th St., North contiguous to the alley was not done well and is now completely busted up. It needs to be repaired as there is a large pot hole there now

    The entire alley behind my house is a dump. There is trash all over the alley and trash piles have collected around each dumpster. It has been like this for months and the trash collection services have not cleaned it up. This has been caused by a combination of the homeless people rummaging through the dumpsters and the trash collectors dropping items out of the dumpsters when picking them up, then not stopping to clean up afterwards.

    There is also trash laying around the neighborhood (3-4 blocks out) along the roads and sidewalks. It got much worse a few weeks ago, as I saw many people outside cleaning trash up from their yards one morning. This includes broken glass and food waste. The city needs to send a crew out to pick up trash on the roads and sidewalks. It is sad how bad the neighborhood looks from this.
