illegal dumping occurs on the lot owned by the church, Greater Pentecostal on a regular basis. These recent pictures are after food distribution on the 4th Monday (4/22/24). This is a follow-up to ticket 15757971 dated 12/18/2023 and closed 01/17/2024. The issue remains the same. No one at the church has addressed the car parts, winter leaves, paper and other debri. As previous ticket stated the giant clear bag of leaves came from 4884 Buckingham and this is no way for others to dispose of their lawn debri. I have lived on Buckingham since 1997 and I am fed up with clean up after other neighbors. The inspector who acted in ticket 15757971 dated 12/18/23 left a voice message that stated that he could only issue tickets on this matter and he could not make the church clean up. As stated before the Mayor's Detroit Blight to Beauty program is not working effectively for streets that border commercial building. The church is a commercial property. If the City cannot make an owner clean up then what is the point of Improve Detroit App? I need this issue at 15932 to stop because it adversely affects my property across from the lot and the entire block when leaves fall. Somebody empowered needs to help with this issue. It is bigger than what this application's results render.
