2 large potholes at S street and Oakwood Ave

Canepa St. NEEDS to be Graded, Resurfaced and Paved.

The house on this property has been condemned by the city of Richmond. Residents in this neighborhood have dumped mattresses and sofa's in the backyard that are deteriorating and degrading the neighborhood. I am requesting that these items be removed from the back of this abandoned property. Animals have also been nesting in these items. There is open access to the back yard. I live in the home next to this abandoned house.

Black pickup truck with expired plates and inspection sticker. Have not seen anyone tend to or move the vehicle in four months. Weeds are now growing in the bed of the truck. Some windows are missing. Truck is parked next to my backyard, but I do not know who the owner is.

The grass along E Richmond road on the right hand side heading north is causing the persons that park along the road to park several feet from the curb and that is causing a problem for the two way traffic in the road. Please have the grass cut back so that the persons that park there can park against the curb and traffic can drive normally.

First, thank you for the prompt work on filling nearby potholes for Issue #167111. While this fix did help the road portion, the major dip at the start of the gravel portion of the alley still remains. This was actually the major part of the issue, as this is where the water and debris collect.

Canepa Street has large piles of Concrete rubble, Couches, overgrowth that need to be picked up and otherwise lack of maintenance to allow access to the alley or to travel down the sidewalk. This entire intersection has a need to be cared for by the city.

Please pick up bulk items.

Section of street pavement (probably about 25x7) needs to be leveled out well with asphalt again. This was repaired by roadway in June 2008 and now needs asphalt leveling repair again
