4/11/2012 - Researched archived documents to obtain information. Processed a ticket for alley maintenance behind the rear of 1105 N 36th Street (alley runs beside 3701 R Street as well). Noted at the "P" Street end of this alley there is a major dip that needs repair. The dip holds water after rains causing more deterioration. This information has been formally reported to Richmond Roadway Management (Request #20020830277 ) so that proper handling can take place accordingly - rtt

Sorry for the delay in responding. I was going to mention 3701 R street. Thank you for the prompt follow through, it is much appreciated, as the alley gets a lot of use.

Checking in on the status of this repair. It has been under review for some time, but recent rains have only deteriorated the entrance to the alley more. Thank you.

The depth of the dip continues to increase with the standing water and heavy traffic from the weekly trash truck, parents picking up kids, and Club bus. It has been over two years since this was originally reported by phone.
