Overgrown weeds continue to be an ongoing issue at this residence!!!! Once again they are overgrown and out of control

Property is vacant. Back door is torn off. Pool has a substantial amount of standing green water. Fence is down in back and front. Property could easily be occupied by vagrants or drug dealers. Children could fall into pool and drown.

There is a pot hole just north of 46th and 37th cross st. Pot hole is north bound on 37th

Operating and advertising a business out of a home without a business license.

City began work in the yard (2 large holes) almost a year ago and the barricades with blinking lights are still in the yard. Please follow up on when repair will be completed.

Red 2 door car is inoperable partially parked in the yard. It hasn’t moved in months.

The owner of Grace Construction parks his construction business truck on his lawn 7 days a week as well as often parks a utility trailer on the lawn or in the street. This is unsightly and makes our street and neighborhood look bad.

lot is over grown, knee high. New owner not mowed since purchase, may not know it needs to be mowed regularly.

Yard has not been cared for in over two years that I have lived here. Backyard is worse than front.

Complete streets are great. How about simply marking roads with some more paint.

Can we get a center line on 38th and if possible a double wide bike lane painted on the Southside. this drag raceway could use some simple updates.
