    The residents at 4001 48th Ave S, St Petersburg are running illegal boat charter operations from their house. Whilst their online advertising states that they pick up from Maximo Park (I'd be interested to know if they have the appropriate permit from the City), they constantly have charterers board and disembark at the house. They are literally running a boat rental company from the residential property.

    Complete streets are great. How about simply marking roads with some more paint.

    Can we get a center line on 38th and if possible a double wide bike lane painted on the Southside. this drag raceway could use some simple updates.
