    Once again the block between 31st Street and 34th Street is a mess of litter. The north side of 38th near the 31st St end is full of garbage and paper; the south side is just as bad at the 34th Street end. The north side mess appears to be on city easement; the south side is the abandoned Homestead Buffet property.. The southwest corner on 31st Street (already reported) continues to be a litter-plagued eyesore.

    There is a drainage easement that runs beside Bermuda Bay Condos that has not been maintained in years. It is full of dead trees and brush. I am unsure which department. It is a recorded drainage easement.

    The City planted 2 Crepe Myrtles along 30th Ave side of the property that have since died.

    The trees have grown so big and are hanging over the Bermuda Bay beach & racquet clubs fence along the storm run off. It is pushing on the fence and we have had to replace the fence years ago from this problem at our expense. Understanding is the city has been contacted for years and they have not done anything. The plants along our wall are getting trashed when branches & palm leaves fall on them. The Brazilian pepper trees are seeding and it's a challenge to daily pull up palms trying to sprout & grow on our side of the fence. There are vines growing on those trees and they are also taking over the fence I cut a ton off this week. The rubber trees and mangroves keep growing through the fence pushing on the fence. It is overgrown and needs to be maintained. Please get this cleaned up.
