We are not sure if this is a Code Compliance, Environmental Issue, Tree Trim/Removal or just a Fire hazard but this pile of palm branches have been in this location for well over 4 months and is still growing. It often runs over into the road gutter and backs up water in the road. Can this be removed before more problems occur? Thank you

I have called the city of St. Petersburg 5 times in the last few weeks to pickup debris from the last storm. Every time I am told that someone will be there in the next few days to pickup the debris. Why have the city not pickup the debris after so many request???

Tree limb has broken, still attached and fallen in culdesac at east end of Driftwood Rd SE obstructing traffic in City roadway.

I have call Sanitation to provide estimate and removal of vegetation brush 4 times in the last few weeks and no response from sanitation.
I’m again asking Sanitation to provide estimate for vegetation brush and schedule removal.

Property Owner has large oak tree on his property overhanging right-of-way (on property bordering 25th Ave S). Owner needs to have tree removed, safety hazard.

There is a four foot hole in this easement area behind my house. I have asked many maintenance people over the past 10-20 years what work they do in this area (no detail info). As of today I assess there is a MAJOR water issue going on underground in this easement which needs immediate attention before it costs a bunch more money as the ground disappears or someone falls in it.

This corner is flooded on a daily basis.

Storm drains are clogged with debris and flooding area.

All along Driftwood Rd S, Driftwood Rd SE and Wildwood Lane SE, there are fallen oak leaves several feet wide in the drains and in the streets. They block water flow, blow into the drains and are a hazard for walkers and bike riders due to their slippery nature. Please have these streets swept as this neighborhood has no sidewalks.

Property owners are remodeling master bath without a permit. Unmarked construction vehicles have been parked at the back of the property (on 24th Ave, SE) for weeks with workers accessing materials from these vehicles throughout they day. Visible work done - window replacement, tile work, electrical and plumbing.
