    The city needs to look into this business. It is being rented out for events. There appears to be no records of building, electrical, or plumbing permits. No certificates of occupancy, no inspections by fire marshalls..etc. It appears all construction was done behind an eight foot wall. The events are bringing parking issues, sanitation issues, and noise issues. As a business we all would like to avoid all the fees and inspections but this would not be in the best interest of public and neighborhood safety.

    There is a really bad pothole with barricades around it here. It is right next to a sanitary manhole. This needs addressing as it is continuing to not only damage the road but certainly is causing sewage exfiltration under the road and excess loading to our sewer treatment plants.

    In the alley behind my house, there is garbage all over the ground, which has been there for a long time. Also, there are at least 3 wooden pallets and a mattress near the alley. It would be great if we could have someone clean this area up.

    As you can see from the attached photo, there is garbage near the dumpster all along the wooden fence that need to be removed. This is making my property look bad. I don't know who trash it is but it need to be removed. There is also a old couch further down the alley near the new home being built that also need to be removed. People must learn to keep the alley clean. It's not fair to people that try very hard to keep their areas clean and clear of trash and furniture.
