Havenscourt 55th to 82nd Ave; 880 to Millsmont

There has been a large amount of trash dumping on the exit ramp to seminary ave off 580. The entrance ramp to 580 west at mountain Blvd and MacArthur to 580 east is also constantly covered in trash. I believe someone is constantly dumping trash there. Cleanup and surveillance is called for. Thank you.

Homeless encampment starting to form on corner of 73rd and Bancroft.

We have very few green spaces in Oakland. Human waste will go into our waterways. This is blighting our community.

This is not a sustainable solution for anyone.

It is Saturday, September 22nd, 2018, 10:00 PM. The Oakland Coliseum is blasting loud amplified music and setting off extremely loud fireworks that can be heard as far away as the south shore of Alameda. Residents of Alameda are being exposed to high decibel noise that is so loud it can be heard miles away late at night while they are trying to sleep. This is a violation of Alameda County Ordinance 6.60.050 and California Civil Code section 1941.1 and California Health and Safety Code sections 17920.3 and 17920.10. Multiple noise complaints filed with Alameda Police, Oakland Police and voicemails left on Coliseum voicemail system (they never answer their phones, even during their advertised business hours.) This is not the first time they've done this. There was a news story in a bay area newspaper a few years ago documenting over 1,500 noise complaints received from residents of various bay area cities about the noise at the coliseum. This is not the first and probably not the last time they've done this. They are creating a massive nuisance to bay area residents across the east bay and must be held accountable. Please cite the Oakland Coliseum for violating county ordinance and state law, disturbing the peace at late hours at night

Lack of enforcement of no parking zone down 72nd Ave. Oakland Fire engine cannot get down the street. Please help us out.

All this mess was left out side my yard over a month ago n still here

Debris and trash dumped all around exits leading on and off Hegenberger Road in and around the parking lot between 69th to 74th Avenues alongside the landscaped overpasses gradients and slopes with garbage is spilling dangerously out onto roadways. Regular surveillance is needed to capture criminals dumping to curb this constant behavior from perpetrators.
