The newly paved golf cart path is a dangerous speedway. I live at the edge of the path, and cart drivers do not slow down for oncoming traffic. Potential life threatening conditions by their actions to pedestrians, autos on the streets, animals, and of course, themselves. The path needs "silent policemen" to slow down the speeds.

Marshwood north gate resident slide gate is not closing during evening/night hours.

The property's landscaping has overgrown all around the house- it is vacant. Many neighbors around the area are complaining about this.

Split rail fence broken

7 bucks are a regular at my home at 5 Blackbeard Lane as well as the golf course behind and down our street. They are more invasive than ever before. If you are still having a controlled hunt, please do so in this area! Plants they have never ever eaten are being pulled out of the ground! HELP!😊

Seems like an unusual number of deer in the area, eating plants that would not be expected like azaleas We've put up fencing used deterrents etc., but it continues Thanks !.,..
