    Danger of drain to backyard being concreted over on Monday by city crews..urgent.HELP PLEASE..Road construction pulled out my drain from backyard out to street (in my unit B and A) unit at 3405 Yupon St and did not replace or leave hole when concrete will be poured for drain...they have put dirt and tarp over the hole and where the drain should be and pulled out 3 feet of my pipe..see photos...I repeatedly keep spraying white paint on ground my unit and the second townhouse next door to keep it visible and also spoke to Santiago on the crew who seemed to understand.
    but then it was covered up...they are pouring concrete on Monday so this is urgent...thank you..Donna 713-304-0541

    3500-3599: this entire block is riddled with patches, holes, uneven cracked pavement, virtually no pavement in spots. Graustark gets a lot of traffic with construction, being a main artery in to St. Thomas University, truck deliveries to business and school. It takes a beating and gets no love. It's nearly undriveable in places.
