This yard is disgusting and there are rats everywhere because of the filth. The HOA has had them clean it, only for it to turn back into this nonsense within a week. The County needs to get involved.

Both white suv and red pick up truck parked along the curb line for more then a month, and it is dangerous when another car is coming out of the court you can’t see them until you almost get hit.

All painting on handicapped ramps, fire hydrant and storm drains on these roads need to be done. Paint is worn off an areas remain unmarked. This is a critical Bay Storm drainage area and repainting of all is extremely urgent. Some curbs are damaged as well! This was sent to BOH but no response has been made by that department!

My currently 65 gallon cart's wheel broke. Both fortunately and unfortunately, our HOA does removals of old recycling and trash cans so they were able to dispose of it before I was able to get a replacement. Hopefully one can be sent out or can be picked up as soon as possible! Thank you!

I reached out to my landlord excessively regarding no heat in my rental home December 19th and it still has not been fixed. I threatened to get someone out to fix the issue and he finally called me back. He actually wanted to wait until his HVAC guy came back from vacation, which was 12/27/2019 and he was a no show.

I have been using the emergency heat but when the temperature hits in the 30s, the emergency heat does not work and nothing works. I got sick, my daughter got sick and now my autistic son is sick. He rarely wants to wear clothing in the home. When he gets home from school everyday, he takes his clothes off and is in only his underwear. He has been like that since a toddler, he is now 7 about to be 8th on the 10th of January. Today is the only, 1/1/2020, he’s kept his clothes on. I’ve tried everything and he won’t keep them on. Probably because he’s tired of being cold, and he is not longer comfortable in the cold.

The landlord finally sent someone out on Monday. I asked him how long it would take to fix. He told me that it shouldn’t take long. However, the landlord might have told him not to come back, maybe looking for something cheaper. As the landlord showed up the same day asking me all types of question about the HVAC and the guy who came about the HVAC and I simply said I didn’t know anything, and just explained to the man the problems we were having.

I again reached out on 1/1/2020, and was told 1/4/2020 or 1/5/2020. I’ve already sent the landlord a report from the CDC regarding the flu outbreak killing and sickening folks. Also showed him the chart where it’s HIGH on the east coast and in Maryland. I need something done immediately. An inspector needs to come out. This guy doesn’t seem to care, so I am left no option but to report this. We had the SAME exact issue last year. He said the unit was repaired, and clearly it was not, as far as the heat. For my child’s sake. Maybe this will prompt him to hurry and make repairs. Sick of the run around.

Being the new guidelines, I have one of the 35 gallon and 1 32 gallon without the lid and I fill ALL of them each week. We recycle anything and anything we can. I end up only with 1-2 small trash bags. Can I get a 95 gallon lid one so that being we can't put kitch bags in them, everything will be everywhere in the wind. I don't want that in our community. Please let me know if I can get the 95 also.
