This yard is disgusting and there are rats everywhere because of the filth. The HOA has had them clean it, only for it to turn back into this nonsense within a week. The County needs to get involved.

Regular trash not collected on Scituate Harbour, Elizabeth's Landing.

House has 2 dogs and feces is in backyard that is not cleaned up, as well as trash on deck that smells where neighbors can't go out in their decks.

This is a few months ago but the deck has pulled away from the home and the railing is leaning dangerously close to the neighbors house. They still use as you can see for trash, recycling and to put their dogs on for fresh air. You can see the concrete building blocks at a different view but could only load one photo?

Friday is my collection day. On 10/23/20 my yard waste was not collected. I drove through my neighborhood and did not see any other bags that had been left. My yard waste is in a brown yard waste bag and it is located at the end of Beyda Harbour. Please note that this is not the first time this has occurred with the yard waste collection.

I'm not sure what is going on in the home but my best guess is the renter/owner is running a salon/spa/nails or some sort of business out of it. There are numerous cars taking up spots on a daily basis and people going in and out (mostly women). Parking is becoming an issue and I'm not sure if COVID protocol is being followed. Does this need permitting?

All painting on handicapped ramps, fire hydrant and storm drains on these roads need to be done. Paint is worn off an areas remain unmarked. This is a critical Bay Storm drainage area and repainting of all is extremely urgent. Some curbs are damaged as well! This was sent to BOH but no response has been made by that department!

I recent received a new trash container, 95 gallon, but I requested the wrong size and wanted to trade for a smaller size please. Thank you!

My currently 65 gallon cart's wheel broke. Both fortunately and unfortunately, our HOA does removals of old recycling and trash cans so they were able to dispose of it before I was able to get a replacement. Hopefully one can be sent out or can be picked up as soon as possible! Thank you!

Both white suv and red pick up truck parked along the curb line for more then a month, and it is dangerous when another car is coming out of the court you can’t see them until you almost get hit.

Dog feces and urine on the raised deck off the back of the townhome. Trash piling up on the deck. Weeded yard. Atrocious smell, rats, flies.
