current home construction not conforming to RU-1 zoning- conversion into multifamily home in violation of district zoning

Boarding house in ru-1 zone area- noted visible drug use and prostitution

Streetlights are out for entire 1200 block of Faxon. We have reported this repeatedly since 2/2 and been told multiple times that it is fixed. This is not the case. Please help.

Overgrown vacant lot with weeds around 6 feet high.

I have reported this lot over and over again since June - it is now September and it has still not been mowed. Grass is literally 8 feet tall. Because it has not been maintained people are now dumping on the lot. Unacceptable

This house is rotting and falling apart. There are huge holes in the house. We have seen rats come in and out of holes around the eaves of the roof. It’s attracting vermin and is an eyesore and a danger to this neighborhood.

Request just closed coz the liar upstairs told code enforcement they were restaining the stuff on front porch. This stuff is trash. Been there a month. No one lives in the bottom apt. The guy who told code lives upstairs and is a meth head. He lied to police about the squatter downstairs . Police still got the squatter out. What about all the trash on the side of the house? The inside is trashed with holes in the floor, rotting wood, broken pipes and roaches everywhere. Crestcore is aware. Please help!
