This is not a 311 issue. You have to click on the banner where if says mlgw. It will tell i that you have to call mlgw

Was it reported to MLGW multiple times or just reported here and marked as closed?

They marked mine closed because they told me to call mlgw. Once u call mlgw , it might take 3 weeks to fix .

CITY PLEASE NOTE- reported to MLGW multiple times- street outage occurred when city installed handicapped ramps on 4 corners at Faxon and Montgomery- this is the location of first street light out.
Reported again to MLGW WEB-20180305-0607357..Please inform department that handles the sidewalk handicapped ramp installations of this issue as well.

It has been reported to MLGW multiple times. When a citizen gets no response from agencies like MLGW, it is reasonable to try to get some assistance here. The City of Memphis partners with MLGW and has avenues of communication that we do not have. I know for a fact that myself and at least two other neighbors have reported this since 2/2 and we are not getting it resolved in a timely manner, so I requested assistance from the Mayor and his team here. Our neighborhood is exposed to additional risk of crime and our families are not as safe as they should be because our street is pitch black and has been for over a month.

As stated previously, we have call MLGW and are not getting help. We have opened multiple requests to get our lights repaired. We are coming to 311 for assistance in escalation. Please help.

Did u give mlgw the pole numbers & the address in which the poles are located in front of? This would speed the process

It does make it easier to locate which they are since they dont go out at night to locate them

I have provided the pole numbers. The MLGW crew has repeatedly falsely report the issue as fixed. That is part of the issue and part of the frustration.
