Belleair Beach

This is a follow-up to our short discussion last month regarding use of overnight parking in the Tennis Court parking lot next to our condominium at 1501 Gulf Blvd while our North parking lot and garage is closed for short periods during construction.

The carport was destroyed during Hurricane Milton and reconstruction will start about Sept 18th and take several weeks. During that time, the staging area for our balcony waterproofing project by RL James Construction is also in our North parking lot so that lot will be closed off to residents. Then, starting about Sept 23rd, the RL James people will be blocking the entry to South garage area which will close off approximately 22 spaces for a month. As you can visualize, we’re out of space for a month or so.

I’ve attached a sample note for our residents to place on their car window dashboards to inform the police of the permission to park to avoid tickets. This is similar to the process we used in the past in coordinated with Mr. James Helios in 2018.

Given our parking situation, request your good offices and approval to use the Tennis Court parking lot for day and overnight parking for our South Bay residents.

Sand blown into ROW.

Sewer cap broken causing a hazard to the roadway. I have had my Public Works crew place cones over the top and to the sides of the hazard.

Hello -We live at 1380-1390 Gulf Blvd Clearwater Condo Association Sand Key Club. Our parking lot is going under restoration and we are requesting if owners can use the park lot to park overnight if our parking lot is full without being towed. They will be shutting down half the garage for 1-2 months at a time. My name is Susan Rose 813-751-5058 please advise if we have proof of residence if this is possible or who we can contact.

Belleair Shore Beach Signs have been laying on Indian Rocks Beach sand for about a month. Why?

Manhole is rusted cause cove to not secure.

Over the past several weeks we have had up to five lose dogs running throughout Brown Park some days/evenings. Some owners let their dogs drink from the water fountain my children drink from at this park. My children cannot play on the grounds or courts without fear of being mowed over or growled at by some dogs. This week I was barked at and growled at by a lose dog in the park. This has now become dangerous. Please monitor and direct to the specific dog parks.
