Bob Wade - Northern Bypass - North Huntsville Industrial Park

Road needs repair as soon as possible. Drivers are constantly having to slow down, or move over into the left hand lane going north due to road erosion. Very dangerous and only a matter of time before a major wreck happens.

Does somebody have to be seriously injured for the City of Huntsville to repave the road. Its more than just a pothole. That stretch of road have no lights. Impossible to see the road condition until its too late. Especially if you not familiar with the dangers of that road. I think it would cost less to repave twice than to maybe one day see a lawsuit because of neglect ..IJS

The owner has reinstalled the sign on the opposite corner and I believe this is a violation of use of public property within the city limits of Huntsville and highway easement?

There are currently about 10 advertisement signs in the city ROW at the corner of Countess Road and North Memorial Parkway. One of these signs was permanently installed and is weathered, this was previously reported. It is for St. Mark Baptist Church. They do not own the property it is on...are businesses allowed to erect permanent directional signs in the city ROW?

On Countess Road close to North Memorial Parkway there is an empty (no sign) metal stake in the city right of way that is only a couple feet from the COUNTESS ROAD curb. This was originally reported to Huntsville Traffic Engineering, and they responded and said this metal stake was the responsibility of ALDOT because it was close to North Memorial Parkway but the stake is really on Countess Road and in the Countess Road right of way. ALDOT has said this is the city's responsibility, not theirs. This metal stake could potentially be dangerous if there is a vehicle collision at this location. What is there is vehicle collision and this stake causes even more damage by scraping the underside of a vehicle or going through a car door or window? There are some other metal stakes on the corner at this location but none of them are as close to the curb as this one is. This stake was also from a commercial business sign, not a traffic sign. How would a stake in the Countess Road right of way that was used for a business be the responsibility of ALDOT? I do not believe that Huntsville Traffic Engineering even looked at this in person and ALDOT has stated it is the city's responsibility. This stake is on city property since it is in the right of way of a busy road.

Apologies if this is the wrong area for this complaint. We consistently don't get our garbage collected. This week I put it out a day early and we were still and once again overlooked. The garbage can is about full. The road is 800 ft from the house. I am barely ambulatory and my mother whom I care for is 90 yrs old this weekend. Please work with us.

Request Wade Mt greenway be blown of leaves and debris. Pave pathway in need of cleaning.

A metal stake from a street sign is in the city ROW at the corner of Countess Road and North Memorial Parkway. This needs to be removed since it does not have a sign on it.

When you're in the right turning lane to turn north onto Pulaski Pike from MLK, there's a large mound of asphalt that seems to have been spilled in the road.

Today 05/16/2023 this car tag 28ACOHP around 05:43 came over into second left lane coming down 255 turning left on Pulaski Pike NW. This driver had no care for myself or my vehicle when forcing me to go out of my lane and slamming on my break to keep from hitting them.
