Ferndale

Once, again this structure is open to casual entry. It has not been reinforced at all. Someone in the neighborhood went in and actually took pictures from inside the home, which I can provide upon request. This occured AFTER the last complaint was closed stating that the building was secured. Electric and gas are confirmed still on in the home which is creating a huge fire/gas explosion risk. The house and yard are not maintained as there is a gaping hole in the roof and the backyard is overwhelmed with bamboo and other various invasive plants. Inside the home, you can see the destruction and graffiti from obviously people continuing to enter the home.

once again this vacant property is being used as a dumping ground. maybe suggest to the owner to post A No Dumping Sign

Two trees in the county park adjacent to my property are leaning towards my house and power lines. Strong winds or a storm could cause them to fall and damage my property. Please remove.

Original 65 gallon cart severely damaged by collectors. Bottom has a giant crack/gap of several inches.

this property has been condemned by the county the home owner Harry Pope has taken down both notices, one on window and one in front of property posted with a stick in ground - they neighbor next to this house is telling me electric is still on, not sure about the gas - there are large holes in the roof, kids are entering this house from the high school, police have been out many times. I am very concerned with the power on with all the water entering from the large holes in roof of a fire or worst an explosion if the gas is still on. What can be done - this man does not care - the house is a mjor health/ fire hazzard

Homeless have set up mattresses and are sleeping there. Parking lot loaded with trash, graffiti sprayed on the building.Vendors selling hotdogs and hamburgers with no permits or rubbing water very unsanitary

Two recreational benches have appeared behind the back, fenced lot of the Ferndale Community Club. These were obviously stolen and moved to this location. They absolutely MUST BE removed as there is already an ongoing problem with juveniles hanging out in that area. Trash including food wrappings, soda bottles, cigarette packs AND used condoms is now being picked up by homeowners. Please please remove these benches!

This is the same house that last year had chickens/rooster and a coop bringing in a lot of rats.
They fairly recently built from scratch a small barn that seems to go past their property line in the back, and neighbors have been randomly hearing a young cow mooing.
