Upper Park Blvd is extremely dangerous — potholes and buckling pavement . Drivers are dodging and weaving and braking erratically to avoid hazards. This re-pavement work is long overdue.

Registered UserWould be a good place to train military personal in avoiding bombs in the field. God knows we don't need speed bumps up there, plenty of pot holes to slow you down.
