DDOT completed Inspection dated 10-16-2013
100ft of s/w/k is a hill due to tree being remove with grass, weeds and asphalt Per Inspector NICKENS

This location was re-inspected on 11/13/2014, Brick sidewalk is in good condition both at 1201 New Jersey Avenue NW and 221 New York Avenue NW. The shattered glass at the bus-stop has been replace, no further repair needed. See attached pictures and close the service request.
