I have reported this before but it didn't get enough attention from the administration. Hopefully this time this issue can be resolved; otherwise accident will bound to happen.

The trucks park near the corner of Decatur and Daylton. The trailer is marked Strouhal Tires. I believe the driver leaves at it near 1419 Daylton Dr. I don't know the code on parking business trailers on in the neighborhood every night and all weekend but is is annoying to have large trucks parked close to an intersection every day. Also, if it is parked there every day does that mean they are operating the buiness from there as well?

The Code Officer reported that the truck is not big enough to be considered a commercial vehicle and is allowed to be in a residential neighborhood.

Also, the Code Officer spoke with a manager with Strouhal Tire and explained the situation. The manager will let that employee know that the trailer is not allowed in a residential neighborhood.

The Code Officer reported that no violations have been found.
