New traffic signal completely obstructs busy sidewalk & corner, right near school and public park. Difficult for wheelchairs to pass.

Ther is another new one also on the corner of Chapel and Ferry sitting on the sidewalk, directly accross from the Market store, the space on the sidewalk is less than 2 feet. Who will approve something like that only in Fair Haven :(
