    3956, 3980 and 3984 have severe trip hazards in front of home.
    3976 has minor/moderate trip hazard in front of home.
    3964 and 3976 have severe puddling of sidewalk between their driveways, which forces people into the street or to trample through wet yards.

    The sidewalk across the street from my house has become a major trip hazard. There is a 2-3 inch dropfrom from where it connects to the side of a driveway. I have seen a few people roll their ankle in the past few weeks.
