empty lot next to 5349 needs grass cut again, thanks

Yet again this property is being utilized as a short term vacation rental via Airbnb. This last weekend two vehicles, one of which from out of State where parked on the driveway. Please address this longstanding problem immediately and in the correct manner of taking this property owner to court.

Condominium community named Lucaya Country Club Villas located at 4444 Swift Road is not maintaining the property in the rear of their property. They have stopped cutting the grass and trimming trees with tons of debris beyond the chainlink fence. Property butts up to Alhambra Ave. It would appear their lawn crew stopped maintaining a large section.

We walk by this eyesore of garbage every weekday on way from my daughters school bus stop at Caribbean Dr. And 41 Tamiami . It's a nice area but you wouldn't know it looking at this!
This property is vacant commercial and for sale adjacent to Coral Cove neighborhood. It's behind the building on the side of the strip mall, there are also trash bags full of landscaping clippings that have been sitting for months and are falling apart. Please how can this get cleaned up?

Owner has numerous items of junk outside to the left of the driveway and hiding behind an RV and enclosed storage trailer.

Property owner now has 3 boats at location; 2 in driveway and 1 in back yard. All appear to not be registered.

Heavy equipment for new development next door to my home. I asked the owner of company what are you doing the land clearing and tree removal what are the doing to midigate the major dirt drift. My house, yard, pool,cares are filthy. I now find I can not open my windows because dirt has now flowed inside. My carpets, floors, kitchen now have Fine layer of black dirt. Owner stated to me “ that’s a good question”. Still No water to tap down dirt. This is a disgrace. This is happening in an established neighborhood. Help please.

This property continues to stay in a state of disrepair, weeds, untrimmed trees along the roadway and a lot of dead branches in the yard that could be a fire hazard. Owner lives in Maryland and has not been here for almost two years. I tried sending the owner an email but it kicked back as undelivered. The county has been out here several times in the past, thank you

1651 Joyce Street,Sarasota, Florida .Propertyis being used as a short term rental on Airbnb and VRBO. New tenants rotate in every week. Excessive noise and disturbing the peace.
