Bright view landscaping is spraying round up at our parks in Milpitas where our children play. I called brightview and they informed me that the city of Milpitas allows ROUNDUP to be sprayed at our parks. This is wrong on many levels. The residents need to know and action needs to take place ASAP please. I would like to lay in the grass not having to worry about my health. Same goes for the children and pets of Milpitas

  • 930 Coyote St Milpitas, California, 95035 - Milpitas

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the condition of the sidewalk on Coyote St. in our neighborhood. Specifically, the bushes in front of 930 have become overgrown to the extent that they are obstructing approximately 50% of the sidewalk space.

As a resident of this neighborhood, I am deeply concerned about the safety and convenience of pedestrians, particularly families with strollers or young children, who rely on this sidewalk for their daily commute to school or other neighborhood destinations. The obstructed pathway poses a significant risk, forcing pedestrians to navigate around the bushes onto the road, thus increasing the likelihood of accidents and injuries.

I have attached photos illustrating the extent of the obstruction for your reference.

Given the importance of pedestrian safety and accessibility, I kindly request that the appropriate measures be taken to address this issue promptly. Whether it involves trimming back the bushes or seeking alternative solutions, I believe it is imperative to restore the sidewalk to its intended function for the benefit of all residents.

I am available to discuss this matter further and would appreciate any updates on the steps being taken to resolve it. My Name is Engin Tuncer and living in 962 Coyote St. You can reach me at 4082051743 by my mobile phone.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a swift and positive resolution.

    Sincerely,
    Engin Tuncer
