    North End of Alley in poor condition, multiple potholes, grass growing in the middle of the alley and a manhole cover protruding from road surface multiple inches risking damage to vehicles. Alley was previously paved as evidence by the asphalt in much better condition on the south end of this alley. It has previously been poorly repaired with Asphalt Millings. The Alley really needs to be completely repaved.

    Over the last 100 plus years, large trucks driving the alley have caused the pavers to sink. I believe the heaviest areas have sank close to a foot. Most of the areas where the pavers meet the granite edging are not level and pose a trip hazard to people coming to the St. Pete Free Clinic to pick up food from out Food Pantry. It has become very hazardous for our forklifts to enter and exit our loading dock when receiving food donations and individual donors also have to navigate the hazard entry of our receiving dock. We would like to request the pavers be removed, the ally be releveled and the pavers re-installed. Please reach to me if you would like to walk the alley with you. Thank you!
