City of St. Petersburg PLUS

I live across from the Debris Management Site in the old Raytheon lot. All of the mulching that is taking place is making all the mulch dust airborne. I can see and feel the mulch dust in the air and it makes it hard to breath and also gets stuck in eyes. The smell of the mulch is also very strong.

The dirt and mulch dust is staining my pool pavers, vinyl fence, bottom of pool, staining the white frames of my windows, etc. It is a huge mess and I am having to spray my fence, pool pavers, windows, etc everyday to try and keep them clean - my water bill is going to astronomical because of this.

I understand we went through two hurricanes and and have a lot of debris to mulch - but it's been going non-stop for almost 3 to 4 weeks and it's not fair for everyone that lives around the debris site to have to deal all of the mulch dust in the air and have it ruin our property. I am very grateful I have a habitable house after the hurricanes - but constant mulching and airborne mulch dust is causing significant staining damage to my property and I'm sure to all houses around the debris site.

I hope the city has a plan to remedy this issue.

This ally is the only access the City has given every one living on 38th Avenue north between 20th and 21st street. City put up fence in front of our house but refuses to maintain the ally.

Someone has dumped rock and shell in about 25% of the ally pervented the proper drainage from peoples properties. This is new within the last week

Water just sits in alley between 35th Ave & 34th Ave for days on end. Since new homes have been built, the alley is just a huge mud pit. The alley has pretty much become unusable. You can no longer walk or ride bikes down it. We don't even want to take our garbage to the large trash cans because you're having to step through mud, you sink down into. Alley needs drainage put in and needs to be fully paved again. We've been asking for this for awhile and since the new homes have been built it's only gotten way worse. Please make our alley functional again. We have many families that would like to use our alley again.

The alley IS accessible, the entire street has access to their drive ways and garages through the alley, which is why the repair is so important. The trash truck picks up trash through the alley, so it is absolutely accessible.

Just need to advise of a hole that opened up in my alley to my garage. There are actually a few today down the entire alley.

requesting improvements to 20th Ave S between 45th St and Quincy St. This unpaved road is in poor condition, with numerous potholes and frequent issues caused by cars parking and blocking access. Additionally, this road serves as a connection to the nearby trail for cyclists, but its current state makes it unsafe and discourages use.

I urge the city to prioritize paving this road, addressing parking issues, and considering bike-friendly infrastructure to improve safety and accessibility. The South Side deserves investment in better infrastructure to support residents and visitors alike.

this road which is not an alley but an ave has never been paved over 30 yrs. should be assessed for paving. needs maintenance urgently, it is just dirt
