First photo is the standing water. 2nd photo is the rest of the alley after rain stopped and significant amount of time has passed.     Cruise came out to patch a spot in the alley, but didn’t take the patch to the edge of the alley instead, they stopped the patch with a definite buildup, which is going to grab the tire of cars driving down the alley. It’s also going to force runoff into people‘s driveways.
