House is already red tagged. The back door leading to the kitchen has been knocked out and animals are living there.

RPM Auto Sales have their vehicles pulled up so close to the sidwewalk, Trucks, that it is difficult to see around them for oncoming traffic in the south bound lane of Cedar. I know that if you live on a corner lot, your fence cannot be so tall to obstruct the view of oncoming traffic. So why is he allowed to obstruct the view with his trucks. I have to go this way daily and itis always an issue. I fear that one of these days, The front end of my car will be hit by oncoming traffic. I have witnessed other drivers slowly try to turn on this corner only to slam on the brakes when the realize that a car in coming in the south bound lane. This is an accident waiting to happen.

We have had barricades around a hole from a broken water main in the street in front of our home for months. The concrete forms for the curb have been in place for three weeks... waiting... waiting... Today four city workers showed up at 8:00 am to await the HiGrade Concrete truck. When the truck showed up at 10:06 he made a 15 minute pour. I asked the worker when he received his work order for this job and he told me 9:45 am. So the city workers were here, the truck driver arrived in a timely fashion with his concrete, did a 15 minute pour and everything is just fine... WRONG! I called HiGrade Concrete and asked why this work order was not scheduled until 9:45 and was told "We had some bigger orders to fill and we do the big jobs first." Someone explain to me please why four city workers have to sit in their trucks for two hours while HiGrade sends concrete when they get around to it. Does the city not rank high enough on their list of jobs to get things scheduled correctly? Maybe we need to find another concrete company for the city, a company that respects the number of jobs the city throws their way. This little curb job with a 15 minute, maybe two yard pour max, with four city workers sitting around at who knows how much per hour, times EIGHT (2 hours x four workers) is a HUGE WASTE OF THE TAXPAYERS MONEY! I place the blame entirely with the dispatch scheduler at HiGrade. Please someone look into this. It is not an isolated incident. This type of waste is ridiculous.

The neighbors across the street from myself have had their truck parked in front of my house for some almost three months. The car has not moved or even been started in months. During both major snow emergencies it sat there making it almost impossible to come and go from my driveway as the snow could not be plowed. It sits with a trash bag in the bed now. I have shared driveway parking and have had to have company park several houses away including my elderly grandparents and walk to my home. As of the beginning of the week there are now 2 to 4 cars parked in the road surrounding my home one of which has not moved in weeks. Could someone please do something about this?

We have a problem with children playing at a neighbors house at 6928 Vernson Dr. while the adults that live there are not at home. There are a group of kids varying in age that are hanging out there after school between about 3:30pm up until the mother comes home from work at about 6:00pm. These kids are intimidating neighborhood kids and my neighbors don't even want to let their kids play outside due to their behavior. These kids are continuously swearing at each other and at anyone who dares challenge them. There has also been a couple of fights between them. While my neighbors were on vacation two of them climbed up on their roof while they were not there and just sat on the roof. I would like to know what my options are as far as reporting these incidents since I see them getting nothing but worse in the future. Especially this summer. Please advise me where I should call to report this and maybe get a patrol car to stop by there to tell them to leave. I would do it myself however I do not want to give these kids any ammunition to accuse me of any kind of abuse towards them.

Red minivan parked on Stafford Ave, which is the side street next to this house for 3 days. Has license plate.

Strong smell coming from three large vent fans located in basement windows of this house,, this smell is so strong at times we can smell it in our house. we have notified the Lansing police of this situation on two different times with no feed back,

Sewer in front of our house is missing the grate that goes on top. So there is a big open hole that is not safe.

Blue GMC Pickup Parked in street, going the wrong way on street. Left their overnight for several nights.
