Gap in pavement at lynwood park

Bryton Hill Apts continues to dump debris (yard waste, etc) on our property. Dozens of requests to the ever-changing Management falls on deaf ears. We have tried again and again to resolve this with neighborly conversation, but to no avail. We need your assistance please. In the past, their tenants, and workers/subcontractors dump leaves, concrete, garbage bags etc onto our property or against our fence. Then their storm drain gets clogged and a heavy rain causes flooding,resulting in major erosion to our property and our fence to rip apart. (They fixed it with a plastic zip tie.) They won't put up a fence (even a silt fence) on their side to prevent this from re-occurring. Perhaps getting the City involved will change their apathy. Thank you.

Pot hole in need of repair.

The county worked on the water pipes in our neighborhood well over a year ago and never replaced the curb on the corner of Cotswold and Cove Circle in Drew Valley subdivision. It's at my yard and we get erosion when it rains. I'm always filling it with dirt but replacing the curb is all that is needed.

There are clumps of "decorative shrubs/weeds" growing at the northeast corner of the intersection of Apple Valley and Dresden. They are causing a visibility problem as follows. For cars that are stopped at the traffic light on Apple Valley, it is difficult to see traffic approaching the intersection headed west up Dresden toward Peachtree. Too many cars approach the intersection moving too fast. Some run the light. They should be removed.

Curb is sinking and was put in crooked by Dekalb county in front of 3263 Lynwood Drive.
