    The lane markings need to be repainted along Coosawattee. Also, The vegetation (shrubbery, pinestraw, mulch, weeds) is encroaching into the road from the intersection of Telford and Coosawattee all the way up to Briarwood Rd.

    There are always cars backed up from the Starbucks parking lot into colonial and Peachtree. They have tried to redesign the lot but did not fix a thing.

    Bryton Hill Apts continues to dump debris (yard waste, etc) on our property. Dozens of requests to the ever-changing Management falls on deaf ears. We have tried again and again to resolve this with neighborly conversation, but to no avail. We need your assistance please. In the past, their tenants, and workers/subcontractors dump leaves, concrete, garbage bags etc onto our property or against our fence. Then their storm drain gets clogged and a heavy rain causes flooding,resulting in major erosion to our property and our fence to rip apart. (They fixed it with a plastic zip tie.) They won't put up a fence (even a silt fence) on their side to prevent this from re-occurring. Perhaps getting the City involved will change their apathy. Thank you.

    The county worked on the water pipes in our neighborhood well over a year ago and never replaced the curb on the corner of Cotswold and Cove Circle in Drew Valley subdivision. It's at my yard and we get erosion when it rains. I'm always filling it with dirt but replacing the curb is all that is needed.

    There are clumps of "decorative shrubs/weeds" growing at the northeast corner of the intersection of Apple Valley and Dresden. They are causing a visibility problem as follows. For cars that are stopped at the traffic light on Apple Valley, it is difficult to see traffic approaching the intersection headed west up Dresden toward Peachtree. Too many cars approach the intersection moving too fast. Some run the light. They should be removed.

    The yard in this house has not been taken care of in at least a couple of months. We do not know who owns it but it was sold recently. Please advice. Thank you
