Illegal dumping. Construction debris everywhere! It's on the hill next to the dealership. If you are standing at China Gourmet you can see it to the right side. It's near by route 90 exit ramp.
  • 36 Simpson Road Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
This neighbor has not mowed lawn the entire summer, overgrown vegetation crawling up the house and there is trash collecting in it. It is an eyesore.

Besides running a drug trafficking business from this address, the owner is not zoned to run Garcia's Machine Shop. He claims it is a "hobby" and that the lathe and milling machines were gifts. He runs a cash-only business out of there, filled with toxic chemicals, propane tanks, etc. He also sells cocaine, crack, percocets and many other drugs from the site.
  • 23 Elder St Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
This guy is running a trucking business with no room encroaching upon neighbors and when we speak to him about issues, threatens us. It is dangerous children climb on the truck as they are in no enclosures. I'm not sure but I do believe he has unlicensed people operating these vehicles. I would like the city to assess this.

House has over a foot of grass, brambles, weeds. Rubbish and debris. Every time I try to garden outside I get fleas and ticks being near it. Becoming public health issue.
  • 280 Mount Wayte Avenue Framingham, MA, 01702, USA - Framingham
The current resident runs a junk removal business from this house. This is just one example of the amount of junk and trash that has been dumped at this location. This has been ongoing and is getting worse.

    Zoning violations issue
  • 11 Warren Rd Framingham 01702 United States - Framingham
The back of the out building/garage at this property is a long standing dumping ground for trash and discarded junk. At this point Animals are living in it. Also I can see the blight from my house. To make the eyesore worse, a low fence that used to be there has fallen down in front of it adding to the trash and dumping. Can the tenant be asked to please clean this out?
  • 624 Waverly St Framingham, Massachusetts - Framingham
The Walgreens property on Waverly street is an eye sore. There is always trash in the parking lot and surrounding area. The landscaping is not maintained. Most recently it looks like some illegal dumping has taking place behind their building.
  • 45 Bellefontaine Ave Framingham, MA, 01701, USA - Framingham

    Hello-

Please be advised that at the residence of 45 Bellefontaine, there is an ongoing scrap metal business run from that location, for a number of years.

The inhabitant will scavenge for scrap, bring it to the location and there he will sort it, grind, destroy, sawzall etc. the materials for easy of scrapping later.

This is a neighborhood and this is not the sort of activity conducive to a neighborhood, considering refirgerators, propane tanks, hazmat materials could be involved. If he wants to operate a scrapyard then he should do so in a commercial zone.

I think a drive by executed by the City of Framingham personnel is required and action then taken.

    Thanks and please feedback.

  • 4 Cavatorta Drive - Framingham

Owners at 4 Cavatorta Drive are not maintaining their property. They don't cut their lawn and don't cut the sidewalk lawn in front of their house and now it's 3 feet tall. The only spot where the grass is low on the sidewalk side is where they drive over it on the sidewalk. They've been using the sidewalk as their personal driveway, parking their cars all over the front lawn and driving up and over the sidewalk and curbing to get in and out, which is dragging all of the dirt and rocks from their yard onto the sidewalk. It''s making it impossible for our kids to navigate on their bikes, beyond looking terrible and it's ruining our neighborhood.

They've removed every last tree from their property and are currently "leveling the property" with dirt and trash that oddly gets dropped off between 10pm and midnight. We are concerned that they are going to impact runoff into other neighbors yards and the street.

    Can the town intervene?
