Besides running a drug trafficking business from this address, the owner is not zoned to run Garcia's Machine Shop. He claims it is a "hobby" and that the lathe and milling machines were gifts. He runs a cash-only business out of there, filled with toxic chemicals, propane tanks, etc. He also sells cocaine, crack, percocets and many other drugs from the site.

hey jay, tell them how you have the support of members of city council and the news will pick this up starting today. Tell the, that their game of fixing all north of waverly, while ignoring everything south is over.

We do have an open case on this property, we do appreciated your updates. We do take every complaint seriously and are addressing your complaint as a complaint we do not consider this a game. Maybe if the news is contacted it just may help getting the City cleaned up even sooner!

I appreciate you as well. Justin and I are friends. He really is the go to guy. I do know he has some media interest in this petition, as well as interest by city councillors representing the south side. we have a backing of nearly 500 residents, and will continue to grow and push our message. The progress can't be reserved to waverly and north while the south suffers and pays higher taxes, for literally no progress on the issues, while the north doesn't care, because they lack the issues.
Justin has given up reaching out to code enforcement because it seems that a single family home, can host 4 families, and have 4 busiesses registered per the state, out of it, with multiple non-related owners. Wheras, at 2am or 5am, their employees come roaring in, parking all over the place and get into the trucks to go to work for the day. They let their pitbulls outside unleashed and un supervised. You know exactly who justin is, and you know exactly who this offending house is.
Justin's other half wants to sell the house. Unfortunately it is assessed 40k over the retail value. Good job!

We would like to see if this is something we can help with . Some of the issues are not in our jurisdiction but we can at least direct you in the right direction.
It can take a long time legally to get this issues resolved , which is very frustrating. We do have housing court now out of Worcester with the help City Council on certain properties that are not responding to our letters. But there are certain procedures we have to follow in order for the court to hear our case.
