    Contacted city in June. Tree still not replaced. City planted tree to late in fall last year. Planters said “ tree just dormant and it will grow in spring”. Well it’s September now and nothing has been done and the tree is still dead, never bloomed this spring. Original notification acknowledged, but no results to this day.
    Not to be rude, what is the problem????

    These are the 2 branches that fell today and it’s not even windy outside, this tree is loaded with carpenter ants and is just rotting away. I was told that there would be an arborist here yesterday and no one showed up! Help me please!
