    Contacted city in June. Tree still not replaced. City planted tree to late in fall last year. Planters said “ tree just dormant and it will grow in spring”. Well it’s September now and nothing has been done and the tree is still dead, never bloomed this spring. Original notification acknowledged, but no results to this day.
    Not to be rude, what is the problem????
