Why is there still no keep right sign directly on the median advertising to drivers approaching the Summer Street intersection from Country Club Road in Dedham that they need to keep right of the island to access Summer Street?

There is a cross walk there but cars do not stop regardless of the cross walk. Students are crossing the street (there is mostly a crossing guard before and after school but not every day and only for 40 min a day). It would provide safety to Pedestrians who is trying to safely cross at that intersection.

It's a bit of a hazard when large trucks have to back out of the street. A 'dead-end' sign above or below the Pettigrew Pl street sign would be helpful.
