Home is in disrepair - large holes in exterior walls & windows that will not shut in attic, as well as excessive overgrowth of vegetation next to the home & weeds / grass >12" high could be creating conditions conducive to rodents & pests (potential health hazard). I am once again writing about the noise level coming from Shade at 10 Broad St in Alpharetta. It is 11:45 and once again the music woke me up. It also appears there may be too many people in the restaurant. Calling every weekend to report this is not working as this will be my 4th call this year. Is there anything that can be done to stop this?

The signage for the police department/public safety on old Milton was run into by a car over a year ago. The remnants of the signage still remain. It is unsightly. Why hasn't this been fixed or simply removed?
  • 45 Roswell St Alpharetta 30009, United States - Alpharetta
Made Kitchen & Cocktails has 3 lighted beer signs projecting into the sidewalk from their exterior patio and front of building. These signs are tacky and do not fit the look and feel of the area. I suspect that these signs are not permitted. Please advise
  • Fanfare Way Alpharetta, GA, 30009, USA - Alpharetta
Had two tires punctured with roofer's nails, once in late January when they were building new houses on the Fanfare Way side and now in late February on the Encore Way side where they are building condos on this side of that property. Please have the builder sweep the roadside properly every night! Can't afford to be changing tires like this out of someone else's stupidity!

I have lived in the subdivision called Palisades at Milton Park for almost 15 years. During that time I have passed by the pretty lake many times, either on foot or in a car. The lake remains at an extremely low level even though we have had an unusually large amount of rain over the past several months. If you look at the watermarks on the base of the bridge going over to the little island, you will be able to see how far it is down. I strongly believe that there must be a drainage problem. The retention pond on the far side seems to be always full. The man with the kayak who has many times in the past come by to check the overall condition of the lake hasn’t been there in eons. Please check on our lake before it dries up or becomes so shallow that the livelihood of the many fish and turtles living there is jeopardized. Thank you.
