When they landscaped the staging area behind Chelsea Walk they replaced trees that were cut down. However, one spot still remains of a tree that died but was never replanted. The location has a stake in the ground.

Unleashed dogs came from The Pointe at Preston Ridge and attacked people in the Greenway path near the condo. I would suggest a kind of fence between the condo and Greenway or a notification to the complex office.

Tree down across path where it divides

A cable has fallen from the overhead lines and is lying on the ground - both on Windward land and Golf Club land. Does not appear to be energized. Have attempted contacting utilities with no results.

Water spilling onto Greenway from YMCA pool pump room. Constantly wet in this area.

One or two lights in the Greenway tunnel under Webb Bridge Road are burned out. Thank you.

Drainage outlet to Big Creek never empties, backs up, and floods trail. The water is on an up-grade towards the Creek, needs to be down-graded.

Section of Greenway next to Preston Ridge Parking lot is missing the hashed striping that's on the rest of the pathway, possibly causing pedestrians to loiter when the sidewalk is still part of the Greenway. Thank you for your help.
