traffic light broken. it takes 6 light changes for green light to come up to cross willow street.

The weekend bus drives up Lighthouse Rd in a low gear that causes the engine to whine at a very loud, high pitch. Can we request that he drive the bus normally at a normal speed in a normal gear that is not disturbing to the neighborhood?
