The button to trigger the pedestrian crosswalk signal from the SE corner of the Garden St./ Linnaean St intersection does not work. It hasnt worked for weeks. Perhaps it's because of the construction, but if not, it would be nice to have it working again.

  • 75-79 New St Cambridge, MA, 02138, USA - Neighborhood 9

Crossing signs for pedestrians are not respected. Cars go by very fast on New street and cause safety concerns mostly for children, elderly, and handicapped.

Most cars do not stop at the crossing signs even when pedestrians are engaged on one side of the street.

The pedestrian request button at Cambridge/Trowbridge, southwestmost, doesn’t seem to work even after waiting a minute or two. I see the existing complaint there about the pole being wobbly, but this isn’t that. The button further east along Cambridge in the same intersection still works.
