Traffic/Pedestrian Signal ComplaintReconhecidaMassachusetts Ave & Roseland St Cambridge, MA, 02140, USA - Agassiz-HarvardAt the intersection of Mass Ave and Roseland St, the pedestrian signal operates in a way that inadvertently encourages jaywalking. When walking along the eastern side of Mass Ave and wishing to cross Roseland St, I find that the traffic lights for all vehicles in the intersection must turn red for me to cross just Roseland St. I propose that the signal configuration be adjusted so that the walking signal for Roseland St is active at all times, except when vehicles on Roseland St have a green light. This change would enhance clarity and reduce frustration for pedestrians at the intersection.

Traffic/Pedestrian Signal ComplaintReconhecida340–378 Western Ave Cambridge MA 02139, United States - Riverside
The signal phasing should be reviewed here. Not only does westbound traffic phase lead to a blocked box during rush hour. Left turns from northbound Putnam traffic leave crossing pedestrians vulnerable to collision.
Introducing a scramble into the rotation after the westbound traffic phase seems prudent
