    The landscaping by the water retention plant on 174th St. the plants have not been trimmed for 2 and 1/2 years and several of them are dead and need to be removed. Gilbert’’s landscaping in most areas that the City maintains has really gone downhill sadly.

    Middle section of empty lot is overgrown and trashy between greenfield and 202 on north side of Williams Field....both far ends are well maintained and clean however
