    A new inhabitant walks their dog to my house to evaluate it's bowels next to my front stairs. This is an ongoing practice. Same excrement, same exact place.
    I wasn't sure what catagory to choose:
    public nuisance, illegal dumping, vandalism all seem to fit.
    I have pictures but I think you can use your imagination.
    I can't get the section 8 landlord involved in his pick of tenants because his identity is hidden in the records.

    Renters living in the front apartment at 2035 Davidson Place DRILL their cones into the street to make sure no one else can park there. It stays that way all day, every day until they get home after 6 pm.
    This has the potential to cause damage damage to someone’s vehicle.

    The street and sidewalk are blocked with garbage, buckets and roped off. There isn’t any access to walk on the sidewalk, people have to walk in the street.
