Huge rat problem at this corner. They live in tunnels under this corner. Entrances can be seen in the planters at the corner of Beekman & Pearl Streets. They eat the garbage left behind St. Margarets House. They come out at night and run around the playground in Titanic Park. Kids are playing there every day. This is a serious problem.
